Mya + Stewart +Avalin + Blake

Stewart , Mya, Avalin, and the newest addition Blake, met up with us in Boulder to do some fall family pictures. This was their first family session since baby Blake came along earlier this year! We were originally going for a morning session, but postponed to later that day so one of the kiddos could have some reprieve from the sniffles, but it turned out we were also racing a big winter storm as well! We love getting to take family pictures and try to capture the interactions between everyone involved. Avalin is SUCH a great big sister to her sweet little brother, and can always make him belly laugh! We were so blessed to be part of Mya and Stewart’s day, just hanging out with the kids and watching them play.

Luckily, we beat the storm (literally by about 10 minutes!) and got some great shots along the way. Mya and Stewart, thank you for letting us be apart of your day!

Lacie + Luke + Sophie

Earlier this month we had the privilege to drive down south of Denver to photograph three little beauties named Sophie, Lacie, and Luke. These kiddos and their mom were some of the sweetest people ever, and even though we’d never met we felt completely welcome and comfortable hanging out with them! Their house was gorgeous, with a rockin’ swing set and trampoline! We had a blast, but loved having the little quiet moments with each kid just taking it all in.

We are so thankful we got to hang out with you guys and create some awesome memories! Hopefully we can get the whole family together soon and do it all over again!

Daniel + Abbey - Estes Park Wedding Photographer

WOW! I can't believe how fast this year is going by. Back over Labor Day weekend Heather and I had the chance to photograph the wedding of our amazing friends Daniel and Abbey. They chose to get married at the beautiful Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, CO. This wedding could not have turned out more perfect...with the exception of Daniel nearly losing his dinner during the reception! I will have to say though, I think Heather cried more at this wedding than she did at our own! Daniel and Abbey, thanks for letting us hang out with you guys and get to spend this day with you.

Wells Family

About a week or so ago, Nate and I had the privilege of photographing a couple of friends and their kiddos at Boulder Creek in Central Park in Boulder. We had a blast, and I just have to say that we were so blessed to get to hang out with Rhett and Rebecca that night. They are two of the most giving and loving people, and their two boys, Fielder (in blue) and Cooper (in green), were just a delight. We started off the night just running around on the nice green grass, and made our way to the water in the creek. We are so glad to have such sweet friends!

Hunter + Ava

Friday night we met up with our friends Jake and Amy to photograph their adorable twin girls, Hunter and Ava. Not only are these two girls absolutely beautiful, but they were a blast to run around and play with! They have the cutest little voices and such fun imaginations...Nate and I both said that kids like these girls are the reason we love doing kid pictures! David & Amanda - Wedding

David and Amanda were married in Copper Mountain on August 2, 2009, and Nate and I were so lucky to have been a part of their big day! This couple is so much fun, and it was truly a blessing for us to see the love and respect they have for one another. Plus, they are definitely one of the most animated, adventurous, and fun-loving couples on the planet! Here are some of the pictures from their fabulous day:

David & Amanda - Engagements

Friday night we got to go out to Red Rocks and photograph David, Amanda, and their sweet little boy, Liam, for their engagement pictures. They're getting married in 2 weeks at Copper Mountain, and we are so excited to see everything about their wedding. What an amazing and fun couple! I'm pretty sure we didn't stop laughing the entire time!
